IMPORTANT!

If you are running Windows 95, you must install
Microsoft DirectX(tm) before you can play
Over the Reich.

Run the following install program:

installs\directx\dxsetup.exe




If you have Windows 95, you should run the OTR95.EXE
version of Over the Reich.  Otherwise, run OTR31.EXE
for Windows 3.1.
